For urgent situations such as floods, leaks, power outages, or HVAC issues, our Emergency Dispatch Field Team can be quickly mobilized, offering prompt solutions, including temporary equipment setup for immediate remediation.

Project Coordination & Supervision

We handle every aspect of project coordination and supervision for routine service visits, both off-site and on-site, ensuring seamless execution and meticulous attention to detail. Our team maintains thorough service records and schedules equipment inspections on a quarterly or bi-annual basis to ensure optimal performance.

After each service visit, clients receive comprehensive reports that include detailed diagnoses, progress updates, and resolutions, accompanied by multimedia documentation for enhanced clarity and future reference.

White-Glove Service

Reis provides white-glove service teams that prioritize protecting residence finishes and personal property to the highest standards, utilizing the latest industry materials on the market. Our teams assist with furniture relocation and setup of equipment. Additionally, our in-house finish carpenters can be utilized for minor modifications within furnished and high-end spaces.
