Edward Reis is the Chief Executive Officer and Principal where he stewards the highest quality standards in craftsmanship and service in high-end residential construction. As CEO, Ed built Reis Contracting from a family-run business into a top builder of private estates and the market leader in applying technology to construction. Ed established his skillsets in all facets of the business, working as a cabinet maker in his father’s millwork shop, alongside superintendents in construction, and ultimately becoming a senior project manager prior to stepping into his role as CEO.

Yvonne Reis Ring is the Chief Financial Officer and Principal where she ensures each of Reis’ projects are held to the highest fiscal and compliance standards in the industry. As CFO, Yvonne is responsible for financial reporting, project accounting, compliance, internal controls, contract negotiation, and the strategic financial management of the company, including budgeting, planning and analysis, risk management, and building infrastructure. Prior to Reis, Yvonne was an auditor for a “Big 5” accounting firm and adheres to the same principles when providing Reis’ clients with rigorous and transparent financial reporting.

Shaun Frazier is Chief Technology Officer where he leads the firm’s digital technology vision, strategy, and roadmap and oversees a department of technology experts that evaluate, develop and implement current and emerging technology solutions. For over 25 years, Shaun has been a partner for organizational change through his expertise in enterprise  digital technological development and experience in strategic planning and communications. He and his team leverage best-in-class infrastructure that enhances and informs digital transformation across construction platforms, BIM services, and information platforms, processes and strategies, all while ensuring safe and secure operating environments.

Director of Special Projects & Business Development, Southeast & Abroad

Holly-Mae is Director of Special Projects and Business Development Southeast and Abroad. She works with the principals and executive group to support the implementation of strategic initiatives and leads business development efforts in Florida, Eastern Caribbean, United Kingdom, and Abroad, including Remian, our joint venture company. Holly-Mae has spent over 15 years working with corporate executives and founders of international firms on key strategic and tactical projects including the merger and acquisition process of three international fintech companies and set-up of their legal structures for subsidiaries in emerging market countries; led real estate development projects in Australia; led a planning and buildout of a manufacturing facility in Ethiopia; brokered an international partnership to develop a new line of products; and provided the due diligence for a Canadian geothermal utility to advise on optimal target cities for growth in North America. Holly-Mae graduated Summa Cum Laude in Sustainable Management, Business & Economics from NYU.

Zack Secilmis is Director of Project Development where he oversees the Estimating Department, liaises with key partners and clients and develops project strategy to seamlessly transition estimating to operations. Zack has over 25 years of experience as an Estimator, Owners Representative, Project Executive and Site Foreman. His career has primarily focused on high-end residential with select experiences in commercial and the restoration of several landmarked properties. His expertise spans the entire lifecycle of projects from early stages of constructability review and pricing to contracting and execution of work. Zack is also an adjunct professor in construction at both the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate since 2006 and Fordham University School of Professional studies since 2017.

Wilson Rodas is a Senior Project Manager out of Reis’ Los Angeles office with 10 years in construction management as well as 3 years as an architectural designer. Wilson is experienced building with BIM and led a pre-fab construction company as a director. He has worked on several luxury homes, including hillside homes with complex grading and concrete work. He has built homes all over the Los Angeles area, including Doheny Estates, West LA, Santa Monica, Venice, and the South Bay.

Alisun Woolery is Director of Business Development, West at Reis where she manages relationships with our partners, clients and peers through a collaborative approach rooted in genuine, positive personal connections. Prior to Reis, Alisun was the Director of Marc Selwyn Fine Art, a contemporary art gallery in Beverly Hills, where she oversaw business development, client relations, account management, events, operations and project management for over a decade. During her time there, Alisun worked with private collectors and consultants and built a network of architects and designers with whom she has worked alongside throughout their creative process.

Edgar Galdamez is Senior Client Services Manager and leads the Client Services department, which includes a team of Superintendents and Project Managers, as well as field staff who perform ongoing property maintenance and short duration construction projects. In his role, he oversees scheduling, budgeting and operations. Edgar works diligently with clients, architects and designers, to ensure that Reis’ standards are met across all client services that Reis provides. Edgar is known for his sharp focus on detail and quality – as well as a responsive, dedicated work ethic that prioritizes and respects each client’s needs – regardless of project scope or size.

Oliver Cassels is a Senior Project Manager where he ensures each project exceeds client expectations through an organized and cohesive team under his management. As Senior Project Manager, Oliver is responsible for both the budgets and schedules of each project as well as the details and processes behind each stage of the build. Oliver has been in construction for 16 years, starting as a carpenter in a millwork shop and earning a degree in construction management from Pratt before moving to management where he has been for the last 10 years.

Anthony Autovino is a Senior Estimator with over two decades of experience. Anthony grew up in his family’s high-end millwork company, where he learned the millwork trade for 11 years before transitioning to a Project Manager for high-end residential construction. Since 2012, Anthony has been an Estimator who has mastered NYC apartment and townhouse renovations, as well as ground-up homes and providing value engineering for high-end projects. He has extensive knowledge of structure shoring, structural steel, sequence of excavation, underpinning and foundation work. While Anthony has spent a majority of his career in the New York metro area, he has also worked on projects in LA, Miami and the Hamptons.

In addition to decades of work as a superintendent, Steve has excelled as a Project Manager as well as Owner’s Representative on residential projects. His experiences range from contemporary to traditional with notable projects such as architectural concrete homes in Beverly Park and Malibu, as well as a 10,000 SF clay block historical restoration in Pasadena and a ranch vineyard in Santa Ynez. Steve believes in leading versus pushing a project towards the finish line, using his passion for problem-solving to work collaboratively with the design team to maintain intent and ensure the highest quality.

Marc Raymond is a Senior Superintendent with over 30 years of experience in construction who has overseen the building of high-end residences across New York City since the early 2000s. Marc started as a carpenter in Montreal at the age of 15 and has since built a portfolio of work that includes a gut renovation of a $25MM Upper East Side townhouse, adding 1,000SF above and below a 6,500SF Greenwich Village townhouse as part of a $15MM renovation and other complicated high-end residential projects across NYC. He is known for being a results-driven, organized leader with extensive knowledge of architectural and construction processes that enable him to reach practice and cost-effective solutions to challenging builds.
